All conference guests enjoy a discounted group rate of just $289 per night. Booking a room for before or after the conference dates may be at a higher rate.
Plan to arrive/check-in on Wednesday, August 14th by 5:00 pm to attend the Welcome Reception. We start bright and early on Thursday morning, August 15th.
Plan departure from the hotel on Friday, August 16th to begin no earlier than 11:30 am.
Should you choose to arrive early or stay later, a limited number of rooms are available on Tuesday, August 13th as well as Friday/Saturday following the conference.
