 The Hard Rock Atlantic City has modern accommodations, world-class entertainment, delicious dining, and casino gaming.

 All conference guests enjoy a discounted group rate of just $129 plus $25 resort fee per night.  Booking a room for before or after the conference dates may be at a higher rate. The group rate will expire July 13th or once we sell out, whichever comes first.

Plan to arrive/check-in on Monday, August 4th by 5:00 pm to attend the Welcome Reception. We start bright and early on Tuesday morning, August 5th. *Timing is subject to change

Plan departure from the hotel on Wednesday, August 6th to begin no earlier than 11:30 am. *Timing is subject to change

Should you choose to arrive early or stay later, a limited number of rooms are available on Sunday, August 3rd.

 American Airlines has hired bus company Landline to shuttle passengers from Philadelphia International Airport to Lehigh Valley International Airport and Atlantic City International Airport.

 Passengers with flights out of Philadelphia can check in at Atlantic City International Airport, clear security and then board a bus to Philadelphia. They’ll be dropped off in an area past security where they can immediately enter the terminal from where their flight will depart.
